How to order medicine from PMS (Patient management system) in HIS
In this article, we will show you how to order medicine from PMS for the nursing staff.
Step: 1
First, you need to login into our HIS (hospital information system) with your user Id & password.

Step: 2
Select the PMS module from the top menu.
Step: 3
Now select the search patient on the top menu
Step: 4
Now select Order from the top menu.
Step: 5
Now you will see the order screen for service & Medicine.
Step: 6
For medicine orders from the pharmacy, you need to check ◊ In Source Pharmacy button on the top menu.
Step: 7
Now you need to type the medicine name on the medicine search box & you will see the available medicine as per your need.
Step: 8
After choosing the medicine name you need to enter the Qty. (how much do you want to order) & then click on add to order button.
Step; 9
After selecting, all the medicine that you want to order from PMS. Now you need to enter the software password to send the order to our pharmacy.
Step: 10
This is the print format for the PMS order that you can print if you want.
