How to share a file on nextcloud

Nextcloud offer you file sharing to your employees.

First you need to log in to your cloud portal.

URL: https://cloud.sonihospitals.net/index.php/login

After log in the portal click on file app.

Then create a new folder where you want to put your files

Type the folder name you want to chose and hit enter. Your folder will created.

Then click on share icon right hand side and find the name of the person you want to share.

Click on the name of the person and your sharing will done.

 

If you want to edit the special permission then click on dot's then you will get more option on that share.

 

Chose the special option as per your need.

Your share will be visible to that person and also get a email notification for the same.
