How to Cancel Patient Bill In RIS ( Challan) & Cut New Challan

Challan Canceled Process: -

1.   IF Wrong Test Enter: - kindly Cancel old Challan then Cut New Challan

2.  IF Wrong Patient Detail Enter Like - (Name, ID, Age, Sex, )- Kindly Cancel old Challan & Edit old Challan Then Cut New Challan

 

Step: 1

RIS software can be opened with any browser (Chrome, firefox, edge, etc.)

Step: -1   After Login Page

Step: -2   Click Lift Side Option Menu

Step: - 3 Click Radiology Management.

 

Step:- 4  Click View Today Examination

Step- 5  Click Search Box.

Step- 6  -Enter the Patient id  Search Box.

Step- 7  Right Click Exam No. Selected Patient ID.

Step- 8  Lift Side Click More button

.

Step:- 9  Click the Cancel Button.

Step:-10 Then New Tab Click Refund Amount & Save Bill Cancel.

Step:- 11   Then Bill Status Show Cancel.

Step:- 12   Then Now Cut New Challan & Click Existing Patient Search Box Enter Patient ID Then Change Current Test- CT /MRI.

Step:- 13   Now Open New Window Patient Id Search Box Then Enter Patient ID in Select this Patient

 

Step:- 14   Now Double Click this Patient Now All Filed All Ready Fill UP.

Step:15- After All information Auto Fill up Only Change Test Name & Cut New Challan

 

How To Edit Challan IF Wrong User Detail Enter Like: - (Name, ID, Age, Gender) Then Cut New Challan

Step: 9   Then Bill Status Show Cancel.

Step:-9 - After the Edit Patient detail Click UHID Option and open the new link tab.

Step:-10 - Click the Right Side More Button Than Choose Edit and Edit Patient Detail like (Age, sex, ID, name)

Step:- 13   Then Cut the New Challan
