How to register a patient in HIS

How to register a new patient in our Hospital Information Software
  • First need to log into our HIS portal
  • Then go to the OPD module

  • Click on Activity & click on the registration

You will see this page..

 

Need to fill up the mandatory field which is on the red star mark.

 

Then click on Ok and you will get a print pop-up of bills and receipts.

If you get any error after pressing an ok button then please raise a ticket to the helpdesk for error correction.
