Claim submission procee in our HIS

TPA claim submission process

In this article, we will see how we can submit a TPA claim in our Hospital information system.

Step: 1

first, you need to log in to our HIS & for login you can follow the bellow article.

Step: 2

First, go to the IPD module & then click on the activity, then select the Claim submission option.

This is the screen you will when you click on Claim Submission

Step: 3

Now you need to search for the patient to submit their claim date.

Step: 4

Now you need to select the claim submission date as per the TPA portal.

There are two types of Claim submission dates in our software, one is online & the other is physical. Chose as per the TPA & click on the Save button.
